Just a very simple poll:

10 means you are really, really looking forward to 4E

0 means you don't feel strongly 1 way or the other

-9 means you are really, really unhappy about the prospect of 4E

[edit - poll maxes out at -9, sorry]

Neutral about the prospect of a fourth edition: it was probably time for one.

Somewhat unhappy with the details announced so far.

I overall like it. Many of the changes were things my gaming group and I thought should have been implemented quite a while ago (getting racial powers gradually, I assume this ends LA), maneuvers as spells and for fighters...from what I've seen it looks good.

My only regret is that I am unsure of 3.5 stuff can be converted.

I'd say about a +5 or +6 and/or a -4 or -5 at any given moment. I love it and I hate it and they're going to screw it up and there's going to be just wonderful, mind-blowing stuff in there...

Why couldn't they have kept it a secret for another 9 months??? :p

For me, it'll mostly hinge on OGL.

If Yes, I will probably gladly use it.

If No, I will probably stick with what I have now and use some if it's better ideas anyway until an OGL cribbed version is released. ;)

It will exist.

I am not currently playing D20 and haven't for about a year now. played OD&D, didn't play 1st or 2nd ed on any consistent level (preferred other systems), came back for 3e, didn't switch to 3.5.

4e? Meh. Don't really care one way or the other.
