I've invited people from the Wizards forums to come help build a campaign world, and thought I'd extend the invite to enworld.
For right now I've just created a "World Building" board on my personal site

History :
i started a thread awhile back "Build a D&D City" that became quite popular, but got a little crazy near the end. It died because of lack of rules and control.
Some others picked it back up in a new thread and enforced some rules, its one of the most replied to and read threads on the boards.
I'm using the same concept and extending it to build a D&D world.
