Lets all go camping, we're adventurers.. we can do it!
Yes....Camping....I think that may be the answer. That covers location, boarding, and even some activity....for a low cost. Some campsites even give better rates if you have a large group. I camped in Williamsburg for $16 a night. We could have an annual ISRP campout. And it doesn't even have to be in the same spot every year.

Weather- Summer?
Food and Drinks? Well if its as cheap as it sounds, we can still do fund raising, hell I could throw a few hundred in for that.
