Looking for WotC support address...

Does anyone have an email address for a support person from WotC? I can't login to their boards. I know that I must use my full email address. I have successfully migrated my account. But I still can not login to the boards. I can't use their online contact address because you have to login to contact them... Anyone have a direct email address? TIA

Unless things have changed, the gleemax/DI/Wizards Community/etc log-in and the http://wizards.custhelp.com log-in are completely different.

If you've not already tried, have a go at registering for an account at the customer help site and emailing them that way - if you can get through, they're usually reasonably helpful!

If that isn't working ... well, there is a phone number on the Wizards site, I think!

custserv@wizards.com should do it, unless that's changed recently.

Last time I used that you had to use their support form to get a response. An email directly sent to that address no longer worked. My experience was a year ago though.

I just tried the address and it failed.

I will try registering at the Help page...

I just registered with their Help page. I sent an email and I have recived a confirmation email in reply. Hopefully I will also receive an answer...
