(OOC: Shoot. I had wanted Siobhan to suggest moving around in the water to avoid the ruins or to cast Magic Stone before going in, since that lasts 30 minutes, but I didn't have time to post)

The undead move forward,clearly too smoothly and quickly to be zombies and two of them go to 'take a bite' out of Raven an the third goes for Stulgar.

OOC: Raven will take one hit from that. Even flat-footed, the second attack hits her armor. Her fort save looks good.
IC: Raven pulls herself together and focuses on defending herself against the two monstrosities. She slashes out with her sword.
OOC: Use full combat expertise to get +3 AC. Thus she is AC 23, sword: +3 1d8+2 HPs 28/30. Attack: 6+3=9. Wouldn't even hit a zombie with that...

Wild energies flow through Lily as she fires a surging ray of fire at one of the creatures attacking Raven.
OOC: Energy Ray: Fire, +2 Surge, 3 PP, and Psionic Shot (Yeah, overkill, but fun!) Lily's energy ray, last D20 for Enervation (on 19 or 20) (1d20 4=11, 5d6 5 2d6=33, 1d20=14), 11 on ranged touch attack...

(OOC: Eh, most of these corpse-like undead have bad enough Dex that 11 may hit. Go go Lily!)
*As Siobhan utters a swift prayer to enchant her slingstones that she curses herself for not casting earlier before everyone dragged her into the ruins, Stulgar easily avoids the undead's slam attack and enters a Shifting Rage and hits the corpse creature at least once with his axe.*
(OOC: Speed increases by +20, AC unchanged due to +2 and -2 cancelling, +4 Str and Con
25 hits for sure and does 6 damage (blech, minimum), while 14 probably misses for a nice 7 from the off-hand

Lily blows up one of the undead and it disintegrates. The other two on Raven continue their assault on him.
