KotS FAQ?

I've seen it mentioned in another thread that a FAQ for KotS has been published, but I can't find it. Can someone give me a link please?

And the obligatory rules question: Can one character do as many opportunity attacks as provoked in a single round? 3E required Combat Reflexes to do so, so I'm confused if that is a real rule change or simply missing in the Quick Starter Rules.
