Nature, cruel, harsh, brutal. Red in tooth and claw. Druidism in the underdark is a cold elemental mastery of nature magic. It has traditions ancient before the drow descended.

Born slow and weak by drow standards with no aptitude for arcane magics Kinslath turned to the barbarous cult of the druids. He apprenticed himself for years learning the relentless power of the world, a force he reverences. He mastered druidic shaping and turned himself into the beasts of the caves, lizard and rat, bat and rothe. To advance within the ancient hierarchy druids of the Greystone cavern circles ritually battle for leadership. Kinslath became a master at such combats, changing into the forms of animal or elemental to overwhelm a foe in close combat.

Kinslath'd spend decades in isolation studying druid magics only to emerge to defend his position or challenge his way up the druidic ladder. He roused himself to purge his domains of illithid interlopers, duergar and svirfneblin mining operations, and beholder infestations.

Old as even the drow measure life Kinslath has mastered his arts and attained the title of Hierophant when he recieved the invitation. "Come to our arena bearing nothing. Impress us and we offer the secrets of true high arcana."
