EDIT: looks like everything's covered, there's even some overlapping (in a good sense)

With everyone getting more skills in this edition on top of the skill list being consolidated, it was bound to happen.

If the overlap is a problem we are free to retrain things.

Someone Scottish, possibly Sean Connery? I'd imagine that dragonborn have very thick and rigid skin in their mouths to protect against their own breath weapons, and as such their speech would sound Scottish or Welsh. Actually, I imagine that their native tongue would sound a lot like someone clearing their own throat...

Hard. Maybe (maybe) Arden could be an Heath Ledger from "A knight's tale" with tied, longer brown hair and a bit of unshaven beard. I was thinking about how the character tried to speak and act like a corteous knight, with embarassing result, only reversed.
Then again, Ledger was maybe too good loking for what I have in mind.

Hope no fan gets offended.

Don't really know about the voice. I guess a smooth calm tone, maybe a little british.

I would pick Emma Watson from the Harry Potter movies.

True but I don't think it will be necessary. I think having multiple chances in a social encounter is good. It can also lead to fun situations.

I think a lot of thought will have to be given to party interaction in-combat, too. 4e looks like it's all about party synergy.
