All Attack Types.

Prone -2

Are you sure this is correct I thought it was only Ranged (as appears lower in the list of modifiers.)

Your summary of critical hits is incorrect. A rolled natural 20 is only an automatic hit. The maximum damage only comes into play if the modified result is sufficient to hit the opponent's AC.

That's canon anyway; I imagine several DMs will be house-ruling that one.

Unless DMs are throwing crazy leveled monsters at their party, I doubt it will come up. Usually 20 + your mod should be plenty to hit a monster.

what's that, am I a 3.x?

Harr, you definitely have recently played with some newbies. That's the exact sort of comment I'm seeing from my 3 new-to-rpgs players. Cracks me up but reminds me how much I can't assume they understand the basic mechanics that haven't changed in a decade that we all take for granted.

The crib sheet is great, I'm printing these out next session. Conditions would be nice, too, as a back. In the mean time we've just had our conditions page tabbed and usually open combined with the conditions from KotS.

If you are prone, I think you take -2 to all your attacks.
