Can a Fighter use his Combat Challenge against a creatures marked by another character?

Yes. A Fighter’s Combat Challenge attack can be used against any marked enemy, even if the Fighter didn't mark it himself.

Indeed.. so now if someone is marked by any other mark then the fighters, the enemy still gets -2 if the fighter says that he uses that?

No just the immediate interupt that the fighter gets the marked creature shifting.

Okay, I thought I knew how this works, but this answer confuses me:

How do magic items with the daily recharge feature work?

Items are limited by their different recharge features. An item with a daily recharge feature can only be used once a day. Characters are also limited, but in a different way. Each character can only use a certain number of items with daily recharges each day – one for Heroic, two for Paragon, three for Epic. Each time you reach a milestone, you gain one additional use of a magic item daily power.

So does that mean:

a) Heroic PCs can only use 1 daily item ability per day, period, and the additional uses per milestone are meant for higher tier PCs

b) Heroic PCs get 1 daily item ability per milestone, as long as it's from different items (or at least different abilities)

c) Heroic PCs can only use 1 daily magic item per day, but can use its power once per milestone reached

???
