Wow!

I was planning on creating an alternate Wizard (with some Vancian features) and statting up some favorite spells that I've heard weren't included in the PHB, (as soon a my books come in--hopefully tomorrow), and this will be a huge help!

Here's a sample of what a Swordmage style power could look like.

Imbued Strike / Attack 1
You surround your weapon of choice with mystical fire.
At-Will, Arcane, Fire, Weapon
Standard Action, Melee Weapon
Target: One creature
Attack: Intelligence vs. Will
Hit: 1[w] + Intelligence modifier fire damage.
Increase damage to 2[w] + intelligence modifier fire damage at 21st level.

This power costs 6 points [weapon damage attack vs will]. In line with 2/3 of the at-wills in the book.

Melee, Weapon attack vs Will? I know it's a magic effect, but the flavor seems off.
