Stormwarden Blade Storm versus Twin Blade Storm

Is Twin Blade Storm (16th lvl) replacing Blade Storm (11th lvl), or done in addition to it? On 16th level, will ranger deal 3xDex dmg per round with it, or only 2xDex damage (if former, then is it possible to deal 2xDex to one of enemies and 1xDex to another, by aiming Blade Storm and one of Twin Blade Storm attack on same target?)

My interpretation is 3xDex, but maybe it is clarified somewhere?

Twin Blade Storm replaces Blade Storm.

Keep in mind twin blade storms damage is lightning damage. (bonus against critters vulnerable to lightning) Also it does only your dex modifier damage to two adjacent enemies every turn.

Are you sure about that? I don't see anything to indicate that you don't get both. They're two separate abilities, and as far as I can tell, they both trigger separately, letting you do 2*dex to one enemy and 1*dex to another.
