Well, maybe not soon, but here I am.

Under the watchful, ready eyes of his adventuring companions, Norim removes the crossbar and opens the door into the room. Torchlight penetrates the gloom beyond. Shadows dance in the fluttering light.

To the south is a hall, 20 feet wide, and extends farther than the torchlight can penetrate. Thick columns support the ceiling. Two smaller doors, both closed, can be seen to the southwest. To Norim's right is a room. In the shadowy illumination in that direction, he can just make out rickety wooden stairs leading up.

The only sounds are those made by the party.

Lots of Zombies! (Round 1)

Cautiously, Xenon, Norim, and Dacen move into the large chamber. Gordon hangs back, collecting his thoughts. Xenon's darkvision gives the first glance. To the south, the twenty-foot-wide hallway extends to a dead-end. An archway can be seen in the eastern wall. The chamber with the stairway extends another forty feet or so to the west, ending in a wall pierced by two closed doors. Quickly the torchlight also reveals that Xenon has seen, including the impending danger.

Shuffling out of the darkness from the west and the south are zombies! Five of the monsters approach from the west; another three from the south.

"Kill...in...truder!" they say, almost in unison, their dry voices hissing.

The new map is here. Initiative and et cetera, por favor.

OOC: AAHHHHH! 8 zombies. Who knows how long Gordon has to rest for Disrupt Undead to help! :uhoh:, :eek:, :confused:, :erm:, and :-S describe how I feel after reading the post and looking at the map

Gordon walks in the room and casts Disrupt Undead on one of the zombies. Taste your foul disruption from the inside you undead bastards! exclaims the gnome warmage. :D

Intiative: 1d20+5=8
Attack Roll and Damage: 1d20+2=13, 1d6=2
