First off, great class. I really like this.
I had some suggestions though; make the duelist wield a rapier and a dueling dagger (the three-pronged kind) instead of two weapons. It would follow the theme a little better, and you could add some abilities for it, such as catching an opponents weapon, and the ability to snap it.
Also, I would like a single rapier (no shield or off hand) wielding fencer. The possible advantages of this would be improved balance from the free hand, perhaps providing better dodging? or more weight to attacks?
