Stunned target only; +9 vs. Fortitude; 2d6 + 4 necrotic damage, and the dolgaunt monk can spend a healing surge and regain 17 hit points.

The dolgaunt monk shifts 6 squares and can make 3 tentacle lash attacks at any points during its move. It can only attack a given enemy once.

Dolgaunt Monk Tactics
A dolgaunt monk will use lashing assault to disrupt the enemy's formations; then it focuses on enemy spellcasters and bloodied opponents, using tentacle lash to keep them incapacitated. It will use vitality drain to attempt to finish off bloodied enemies, or as soon as possible when first bloodied to heal.
