Fighter combat superiority question

When a marked enemy moves or attacks someone other than the fighter, the fighter maked an immediate interrupt basic attack. Am I correct in assuming this is not the same as an opportunity attack and therefore only made once per turn and does not receive the wis bonus to hit that an OA gets? Clarification please.

Immediate actions = once per round
Opportunity actions = once per turn

It's not "when a marked enemy moves," it is when the enemy shifts.
Also not "a marked enemy," but "an enemy marked by the fighter."
And the "basic attack" is a "melee basic attack."

Other than those, you have it right. The CC melee basic attack does not get the +Wisdom to the attack and can only happen once per round, independently of any OAs.
