L4W Power Template: Where are you?

I'm trying to produce a character using the Creation Guide/Template and there is mention of a 'Power Template'. But where is it? I can find no link to it anywhere.

It's probably easiest to copy the power template from an existing character sheet.

Just go into "edit", copy, and past the power template code into your character sheet. Then edit with the appropriate new info.

I copied and pasted as below and then entered the first power but when I look at preview nothing shows up of the new entries - just Power 1m2m3 etc

White = my sheet = shows up OK
Yellow your sheet altered to suit me
red your sheet unaltered

I fixed it by removing the default power text:

Looks like the default code was getting priority over the stuff copied from my template.

You can only have one Power01, one Power02, etc. Looks like the multiple ones broke something.
