Firearms.... what's been done or should be done?

So, has anyone made 4th edition rules for medieval firearms?
I'd love to include some in my game, especially if they were basically an Encounter power. I think that would nicely reflect the loading times of ancient guns.
Anyway, thanks for the help guys!
