I'm probably stating the obvious here, but WotC has a schlew of d20 Modern adventures and Web enhancements that would be appropriate:
d20 Modern -- Downloads
Companies like 12 to Midnight, RPGObjects, and The Game Mechanics have d20 Modern adventures for sale as well appropriate for Dept. 7/Urban Arcana adventures.
Finally, browse through the various Modern Dispatch titles (various publishers) for tons of short d20 Modern adventures and adventure hooks:
Modern Dispatch search at RPGNow
I would recommend The Game Mechanics' series of d20 Modern modules, which would definitely work in an Urban Arcana or Dark*Matter setting. They are Come for the Reaping, Slave Drivers, Flight 23, and The Brindisi Protocol. They make up the "Bronze Head" mini-campaign, which mixes the Modern with the supernatural quite well.
