New Pact: Spirit Pact

So this stems off of my try at a whole new class the Essentialist. I deicded rather than splicing a bunch of old classes together, i'd just add a new pact to the warlock sine i liked the warlock already. Let me know what you think, especially about the pact boon. I know it seems very control-ish, but i figure since it only affect one target it shouldn't be too bad.

Spirit Pact
You have forged a bargain with spirits, which links you directly to the spirit world. Whether you learned the art through study or from a restless spirit, your knowledge of the dead allows you to channel necrotic energy that weakens and immobilizes your foes, drawing them ever closer to the spirit world. Each kill you make becomes a sacrifice to those spirits, a libation to the world’s ancestors.

Kindle Death: You know the kindle death at-will spell.

Libation of Ruin:
You have the Libation of Ruin pact boon. The blood you spill increases the power of the spirits you commune with momentarily, allowing you to transfer deathly affects to a new foe.
When an enemy under you warlocks curse is reduced to 0 hit points, choose one enemy
Within 10 squares, they take 1d4 necrotic damage and are slowed. At 11th this becomes 2d4 necrotic damage and immobilized. At 21st 3d4 necrotic damage and restrained. A save can end any of these effects.

Kindle Death Warlock (Spirit) Attack 1
You stoke the fires of death, and necrotic energy

Target: One creature under
Attack: Constitution vs. Fortitude
Hit: 1d6 + Constitution modifier necrotic damage.
Increase damage to 2d8 + Wisdom modifier at 21st level.
Spirit of Evasion Warlock (Spirit) Attack 1
You strike with soul destroying energy which allows you some
extra time to gain advantage to your foes.
Encounter Arcane, Implement, Necrotic
Standard ActionRanged 10
Target: One creature
Special: You can shift 2 square either before or after the attack.
Attack: Constitution vs. Reflex
Hit: 1d8 + Constitution modifier damage.
Spirit Pact: You can shift a number of squares equal to 1 + your
Intellect modifier either before or after the attack.

Flaying Trap Warlock (Spirit) Attack 1
Your foe slowly loses life as this deadly trap reeks havoc on your enemy.
Daily Arcane, Implement, Necrotic
Standard Action Ranged 10
Target: One creature
Attack: Constitution vs. Fortitude
Hit: 2d6 + Constitution modifier necrotic damage, and the target is
slowed and takes ongoing 5 necrotic damage (save ends both).
Miss: Half damage, no ongoing damage, and the target is
slowed until the end of your next turn.

Friendly Push Warlock (Spirit) Utility 2
Enemies regret missing you, as a chilling push sets them off balance.

Immediate Reaction Melee 1
Trigger: An enemy misses you with a melee attack
Effect: Slide the enemy into a square adjacent to you and
gain combat advantage against it until the end of your next turn.

Vengeful Reaction Warlock (Spirit) Attack 3
You thwart an enemy’s attack with a quick blast, while unseen forces distract your enemy from his attack.

Immediate Interrupt Ranged 10
Trigger: You or an ally is attacked by a creature
Target: The attacking creature
Attack: Constitution vs. Reflex
Hit: 1d10 + Constitution modifier damage.
Spirit Pact: The target takes a penalty to its attack roll for the
triggering attack equal to 3 + your Intellect modifier.

Excruciating Midnight Warlock (Spirit) Attack 5
You shroud your foe in the midnight of death, destroying his strength with necrotic energy.
Daily Arcane, Implement, Necrotic
Standard Action Ranged 10
Target: One creature
Attack: Wisdom vs. Fortitude
Hit: 2d8 + Constitution modifier necrotic damage, and the target is
weakened (save ends).
Miss: Half damage, and the target is not weakened.
Vigilant Guardian Essentialist Utility 6
The spirits can alert you and your allies to ambushes, even when you are unable to see them.
Daily Incarnum
No Action Ranged sight
Effect: At the start of a surprise round in which any allies
are surprised, use this power to allow a number of allies
equal to your Constitution modifier to avoid being surprised.

Ghastly Burst Warlock (Spirit) Attack 7
Pointing your implement into the air you let souls charge through you
and report a deadly blast of energy that sends foes reeling in pain.

Target: Each enemy in burst
Attack: Constitution vs. Reflex
Hit: 1d8 + Constitution modifier necrotic damage, and you push the
target 1 square and it is knocked prone.
Spirit Pact: You push the target a number of squares equal to your Intellect modifier
and it is knocked prone.

Transfer Woe Warlock (Spirit) Attack 9
When directly confronted by a vile creature you calmly charge his soul
with a crackling blast.
Daily Arcane, Implement, Necrotic
Standard Action Ranged 1
Target: One adjacent enemy
Attack: Constitution vs. Fortitude. This attack does not provoke
opportunity attacks.
Hit: 4d8 + Constitution modifier necrotic damage.
Miss: Half damage.

Cowardly Channel Warlock (Spirit) Utility 10
As your foes approach you channel the spirit of cowardice and retreat.
Daily Arcane
Immediate Interrupt Personal
Trigger: An enemy moves adjacent to you
Effect: You can shift 1 square and then move a number of
squares equal to 1 + your intellect modifier. You can’t end
your move adjacent to the triggering enemy
Spirit of Shackles Warlock (Spirit) Attack 13
Touching the ground, two foes suddenly feel their legs being locked into position and their flesh deadens.
Encounter Arcane, Implement, Necrotic
Standard Action Ranged 10
Targets: One or two creatures
Attack: Constitution vs. Reflex, two attacks
Hit: 1d10 + Constitution modifier necrotic damage per attack. The target
is immobilized until the start of your next turn.
Wounds of Possession Warlock (Spirit) Attack 15
With a gesture your enemy is momentarily suspended and begins to glow,
gashes form in his body and light pours out from the wounds. As he is returned to
the ground the gashes continue to pulse.
Daily Arcane, Implement, Radiant
Standard Action Ranged 10
Targets: One, two, or three creatures
Attack: Charisma vs. Will, three attacks
Hit: 1d8 + Constitution modifier radiant damage per attack, and
ongoing 5 radiant damage (save ends). A target hit twice takes
ongoing 10 radiant damage (save ends). A target hit three times
takes ongoing 15 radiant damage (save ends).
Special: Any creature hit by this attack cannot benefit from concealment (save ends.)
Miss: Half damage per attack, and no ongoing damage.

Spirit of Impossibility Warlock (Spirit) Utility 16
When your enemy launches his attack, an unseen force drags you out of harm’s way.
Daily Arcane
Immediate Interrupt Personal
Trigger: An enemy hits you with a melee attack
Effect: Shift 1 square away from the enemy.

Sacrificial Preparation Warlock (Spirit) Attack 17
You strike you foes with crackling energy forcing their bodies to the ground and taking away their mobility.
In these conditions it won’t be long before they’re souls will be freed.

Attack: Constitution vs. Fortitude
Hit: 1d10 + Constitution modifier necrotic damage, and the target is
immobilized and knocked prone until the end of your

Possession of Inaccuracy Warlock (Spirit) Attack 19
You force a spirit into your foe; the spirit insures that you have to time to sidestep his blows.

Standard Action Melee
Target: One creature
Attack: Charisma vs. Will
Hit: 3d8 + Charisma modifier necrotic damage.
Effect: When the target makes a melee attack or a ranged
attack against you, you can shift 1 square as an immediate
interrupt. The target can make a saving throw to end this
effect.

Channel Simian Warlock (Spirit) Utility 22
Your body is covered in ghostly fur as you momentarily
receive the mobility of a natural tree climber.
Encounter Arcane
Move Action Personal
Effect: You can shift twice your speed. You can climb at full
speed as part of this move. If an enemy attacks you while
you shift, you gain a +4 bonus to AC against that attack.
Blast of the Fallen Warlock (Spirit) Attack 23
You tap into the force which resides in all killing blows received by souls and channel it at your enemy.
Encounter Arcane, Implement, Force
Standard Action Ranged 10
Target: One creature
Attack: Constitution vs. Fortitude
Hit: 4d8 + Constitution modifier force damage, and you push the
target a number of squares equal to 2 + your Intellect modifier.

Biting Haunt Warlock (Spirit) Attack 25
You channel the spirit of a great cat, and send a bolt of soul rending force to strike hard and sap your foes strength.
Daily Arcane, Implement, Necrotic
Standard Action Melee Implement
Target: One creature
Attack: Constitution vs. Fortitude
Hit: 3[W] + Constitution modifier necrotic damage, and the target takes
ongoing 10 necrotic damage and is weakened (save ends both).
Miss: Half damage, and the target takes ongoing 10 necrotic damage
(save ends)
Glory Stealer Warlock (Spirit) Attack 27
You see an enemy take a substantial hit, the spirit of envy allows an agile strike of destruction, giving you the kill.
Encounter Arcane, Implement, Lightning, Radiant
Immediate Reaction Ranged 10
Trigger: One creature you can see has just taken damage
Target: The creature that took damage
Attack: Constitution vs. Will
Hit: 2d8 + Constitution modifier damage, or 3d10 + Constitution
modifier damage if the target is bloodied.

Spirit of Decay Warlock (Spirit) Attack 29
With a quick flick of your wrist and the inspiration of decay
you send a bolt of necrotic energy at your foe. As soon as it hits his legs
become meek and he struggles to even stay standing.

Standard Action Melee Implement
Target: One creature
Attack: Constitution vs. Fortitude
Hit: 4[W] + Constitution modifier damage, and the target
is immobilized (save ends). If the target succeeds on
its saving throw, it is slowed (save ends). Saving throws
against these effects take a –5 penalty.
Miss: Half damage, and the target is slowed (save ends).
Saving throws against this effect take a –5 penalty.

Paultimatum

I like the idea, but many of these attacks seem underpowered. For example, kindle death does a d6 + con (which changes to 2d8 +wis at 21st. Intentional die and modifier change or typo?) whereas eldrich blast does 1d10 + con or char. Also the lvl one daily is similar to flames of phlegathos only 2d8 instead of 3d10. I think you could safly improve most of the powers, except the pact boon which is good already. Maybe more damage types, especially at low lvls? Looks like a neat pact though, with a bit more power.
