Level 3? Yay!
Ehm... I wanted to ask you something, Evo. After taking a look at Arcane Power, I saw a few nice feats that I'd like to take in the future. However, to be able to do that, I'd like to exchange Thormir's Dexterity and Charisma score. Dexterity is 8, Charisma is 11, so I doubt it'd make a huge difference, especially since the way he's played doesn't come from either.
Aside from that, my changes will probably be:
Retrain Diabolic Grasp > Vampiric embrace
Retrain Sacrifice to Caiphon > Implement expertise:rod (though I don't have a rod at the moment)
Lvl 2 Utility: Fey Bargain (better roleplayed as a diabolic bargain but eh...)
Lvl 3 Encounter: Fiery Bolt
Lvl 2 feat: Runescribed soul
Heh. Thormir should be more effective with this stuff... Way more
