I don't want to change the votes, I don't even disagree with how the votes have gone.I'm also sure that Cross and a few others would love this to hurry up and pass... So this next statement is not to cause a flurry of debate.
I would just like to point out that fighters have a reliable daily at first level, with NO sacrifice...
The fighter's reliable daily powers have no effect on a miss. Most other dailies do have a miss effect. These both are meant to make missing with your daily not a total waste. For the fighter, they can try again. For others, they still get half damage and any effects might be reduced or shortened.
