[SBLOCK=OOC]Nope, it can be given by the DM at the same time than XP. River, my other PC, has already spend some of his adventure RP he recieved in mid adventure and the judge allowed it... it is renau1g who is the DM in that adventure.[/SBLOCK]

For players, yes. DMs don't get their rewards until after they complete an adventure, though, unless the wiki is out of date.
