    To get the bravura basic attack, you need to spend your AP. What did your AP do? I just count a move, standard and minor in this action.

    Sheng shoots a dark skull of mist that howls before sinking deep into Lana. The woman is tormented by a terrbile dream in which her own minions turn against her and tare her into pieces. However her strong mind repels the illusion just in time. "I hope you enjoyed your dream."

    And Montreal also kicks major ass... they just upset and eliminated the #1 seeded Washington Capitals! Wow! First time ever that an 8th seeded team cam back to win after being down 3 games to 1 in a series.

    For the first time since the current playoff format has been instated in the NHL, the 8th seeded team has come back from a 3-1 deficit in a best of 7 serie to win it all. The team who accomplished this feat is the MontrÚal Canadiens.

    And so...

    Patrin takes the opportunity to charge the archer.

    Lana shouts in pain and fury as she takes the onslaught and sees her partner fall.

    -''So I see who are the heavy hitters. Let's see if you like a taste of your own medecine.''

    Her eyes flash red and saps the strenght from Sheng's leg, rooting him into place. Then her aura flares red and black as bolts fly from her and strike Sheng and Haruka with tremendous strenght. Evaluating the situation and seeing that Sheng is slightly worst off from the assault, she turns on the spined devil.

    -''Finish him off.''

    The fiend cackles with glee and swoop on the sorcerers. Blood splatters on the wall but when it is done, Sheng still stands through sheer luck and willpower.

    The archer tries disengaging from Patrin but pays the price and then miss on the counter attack.

    Death burst

    Thank god for honest and masochistic players, I had forgotten about the death burst! Then I would have wondered why my +4 encounter was rolled over.

    vs AC Haruka (1d20+9=29, 2d2095=3778)

    Wow, I feel bad. I also feel silly for the messed damage roll (and don't understand how it happened!), but it is made irrelevant by the critical hit.

    25 damage (2d10+5 being the correct number, not 2d2095!).

    These would have occured first, leaving haruka at 6 + 7thp hp, so the following attack put her at -10.

    PS: Is two crit in a round vs a single player worth entering in the records thread?

    Yes, I forgot to add -5 to the rolls and was too rushed to toy with gimp and make some kind of cloud effect to mark the square (did I tell you the Canadiens were playing? ).

    These roll still all hit; Spined devil got 27 vs AC and the other rolls were 21 vs For and Ref. Drop that to 22, 16 and 16, it still all hit. (Another mark that I was sloppy is that I didn't specify what roll was what; I would have been forced to randomly roll to assign rolls to powers if it had mattered; cutting corner usually do not pay, but what can I say... HOCKEY!)

    I will try to remember to add the penalty in the roll as I usually remember to do for Haruka's shadow walk.
