So, wondering if I should make a proposal on this one, but for all the non-Essentials expertise feats, should we look to change the +2 from coming in at 15th level to coming in at 11th to keep it even? Ex. Axe Expertise vs. Versatile Expertise. The reason I bring this up is I have a few PC's nearing Paragon, and I know there's at least a handful more nearly to that point so I'd hoped they would have got the others out by now but not yet.

You gain a +1 feat bonus to weapon attack rolls you make with an axe. This bonus increases to +2 at 11th level and +3 at 21st level.

vs

Choose a weapon group and an implement type. You gain a +1 feat bonus to attack rolls both when using a weapon from the chosen group and when using an implement of the chosen type. The bonus increases to +2 at 15th level and +3 at 25th level.

Note: I have no horse in the race as my PC's all are covered by the first type ones.

I'd be cool with all expertises moving to 11/21 instead of 15/25. Why should a swordmage, for example, who already suffers from the weapon focus / implement focus split and not being able to take heavy blade expertise, also have to wait four levels more for their expertise bump?

Any judges that can approve the end-of-adventure awards in The Hunted here? I think some of the players are already on to their next adventure... Thanks in advance.

So, all four articles have been released and we've had nearly a month to consider this new Theme format. What does everyone think?

Also, does this belong in general discussion or its own thread?

Interesting... Dragon #400 is up and here are some articles I thought intriguing. The first indicates they may roll back some of the changes/errata to the cleric this past month (or even better add some more leader-y effects to their powers). The second one is probably a smarter way to go so you don't piss off many players...

Dragon Anniversary: Tucker’s Kobolds

What’s the meanest, toughest monster in the D&D game? If you said “kobold,” then you’ve read this article before.

I wonder if these guys will ever get a PC writeup. With that and the scoundrel updates, Jax could be an entirely new character.

Oh great, now Jax will be able to one-round solos and not just elites!
