Maidhc O Casain
Na Bith Mo Riocht Tá!
Yeah, it's odd. Sometimes the pic doesn't show up at all - even a placeholder. Usually if I refresh the page it shows up.
After some reading and study, it looks to me like the LPF treatment is the correct way to go: Your character's opposing element (air opposes earth, fire opposes water) will be restricted, meaning that you will need to spend two slots of the appropriate level to prepare a spell of your opposing element. Past that, I would suggest application of this statement from p. 142 of APG: "He does not need to select a second opposition school."I have been trying to find an answer to this question:
As specialist by school there are 2 restricted schools required to be chosen.
but the elementalist i know there is the opposing element spells that are restricted. Do they also need to choose 2 restricted schools as well?
I looked at my LPF character and he does not have two restricted schools, just the restricted element.
and by the way, the Elementalist is part of the APG.
Leif in the IC thread said:OOC: Yup. Hey, can we keep the worst of the OOC stuff in the OOC thread, you reckon? Thanks.
Do as I say not as I do eh?
Thanks, DeWar, your gesture is appreciated. But Scotley is exactly right, I'm ashamed to say. Hey, I have an idea -- let's ALL try to do better about that, shall we? At least for awhile.....I have broad shoulders, I can take the blame!
