Actually, the healing were called 'Resurgence of the Defender' and are all used up.

'Knight's Fortitude' was the free save with +5. 1/encounter

and 'Blessing of the Protector' is +10 thp and +1 to hit until end of encounter 1/daily.

Targets in all case was within 10 of the big rock or adjacent to a small one.

In case you haven't noticed, the rock's power combined with the ballista's attacks (and the fact they have been frequently targeted) are designed to allow me to balance this encounter as if you had a 6th PC fighting on your side (obviously a leader). So yeah, just 2 healing word / encounter.

The last of the barbarians fanatically press on but can't do much damage. It seems the fight inside the fort is almost won.

Outside, however, the heroes are on the brink of collapse, barely standing after another volley of fire arrows.

Haruka walks back across the wall, whispering something unintelligible as she focuses her attention on the fey outside the walls. She turns and looks at the skirmisher as though she had completely forgotten him. Haruka flicks her fingers and something ripples through the air before catching the man in the head. He immediately collapses.

Shrugging off his pain, Max steps forward to the closest archer. "Let's dance" he says with a smirk on his face as he flashes his blade towards the archer's face creating a bloody streak across the archer's forehead.

Ashir looks at the archer that Max stabbed and finally the fires inside him burn enough for him to direct the flames properly. An explosion appears behind the eladrin and catches him in the blast.

That frees Eladrin 2 to shift and fire arrows as well.
