"Raiko!" Max shouts as the paladin falls. Turing to the archer who did it, "You'll pay for that!" . Turning back, ignoring his foe, he reaches down to aide his fallen comrade. Searching for a healing potion, he finds one!. He then opens the vial and pours it into Raiko's mouth. "Com'on now...Get up!"

ooc: i don't know if this is legal. Please let me know if it is. If so, let me know the combo of actions Max has to do to perform the tasks.

"Well I gave you a chance." Raiko says as his eyes pop open. he quickly stand reinforcing the potions healing with his own blessing and slices hard against the archer, putting him on his last legs.

The archers step back from the melee and unleashes their most deadly volley of arrow yet! Both Max and Raiko go down while Haruka is hit again.

These archers rolls like beasts, both to hit and in damage! I wrote vs Raiko because I expected him to take all the attacks (Their DPR was about 26) but he went back down after just the first 2 arrows!

Of course, Max is the secondary target and goes down on the 3rd arrow. Ashir isn't hitting anything as far as they can see so Haruka takes the 4th arrow (and is hit despite -2 for SW and +2 ref for cover).

Haruka straightens up to her full height and gazes imperiously at the fey below. "Do you think I've never faced the like of you before? Do you think yourselves protected from my fires? Run, worms, before I am forced to come deal with you myself." While plenty intimidating, she is hardly working from a position of strength.

I'm back, time to grasp at some straws. I don't suppose Ashir could make an aid another roll after the fact? Or that the eladrin are almost out of arrows. And sure, they have fire arrows, but is that really a threat to the village? Surely we could get some sort of fire brigade up and running.[/sblock]
