Yes...that really sucks. Moving one square even when you are still fighting the same target provokes an OA? I thought OA's occur when you move and take on a new target.

Hmmm...doesn't make sense to me, but I don't make the rules.

I'll be sure not to make the same mistake again :)

[sblock=OOC]If you move (as opposed to shift/slide/pull/push) out of a threatened square, you get whacked.

It's not like you didn't get a forewarning just the previous turn!

[sblock=AP Bravura Presence]

Bravura Presence

When an ally I see spends an action point to take another action to use it as an attack, the ally can choose to take advantage of this feature before the attack roll. If the ally chooses to do so and the attack hit, the ally can choose to make a basic attack or a move action as a free action after the AP action. If the AP attack misses, the ally grants CA to all enemies TENT.

Despite the risk caused by her vicious curses, or perhaps because of it, and perhaps also for lack of a better target, the archers and the conjurer again focus their effort on disposing of Haruka and grit their teeth as they pay the price.

Go down ya damn bear! Max shouts as he prepares to attack. Max hits the bear for a minor wound, which gives Raiko an opening for an attack. He hits as well for another minor wound. The result is that the bear is even more angry. Max looks at his sword. Come on now. You can do better!

[sblock=actions]
movement: none! :)
attack: vengence is mine: Trigger: Bear's last attack: 1d20+9+2(flank)+1(God power) = 23 for 1d8+5= 7

and Raiko gets a free basic melee attack: 1d20+9+2(flank)+1(God power)+1(lend might) (let me know if these don't all stack: I'll roll thinking that they do. if not, subtract away the ones that don't) = 26 for 1d10+4 = 5

well...at least I can say that both attacks hit :)

total damage: 12 points

minor: max uses inspiring word on self: 1d6+surge value = 11

Ashir still continues to maintain his hold over the sphere, although he moves it next to the bear, hoping to help free up his allies to go aid Haruka. The genasi tries to envelop both the drake and bear in flames, but the effort is weak and it does little more than burn a few of the bear's hairs.

[sblock=Tome]
Just a reminder to me:

Property: When you use a wizard fire power that can be sustained through this tome, you regain hit points equal to the tome’s enhancement bonus each round that you sustain the power while bloodied. For example, if you used the flaming sphere power with a tome of the replenishing flame +2, you would regain 2 hit points each round you sustain the flaming sphere while you are bloodied. [/sblock]

[sblock=ooc]

Minor: Sustain the Sphere - regain 1 hp from Tome
Move: Move Sphere to L16
Standard: Fire Shroud - vs fort (bear, drake); fire damage + 5 ongoing if hit (1d20+8=12, 1d20+8=14, 1d8+9=13) nope... at least I have auto-damage on the sphere right? heh... sorry guys.

Bear takes fire (1d4+9=10) at start of its turn

*Planned Interrupt - If the drake hits Ashir and the AC is 19-22 use shield to negate the attack.

If the attack is above AC 22, use Robes of Contingency +1 and teleport to Q14 and spend a surge <- this is a reaction, not interrupt
