Tau moves farther away in an attempt to escape the cold once again, his magical lights following him. Gesturing to bring forth another spell he pulls out a dart and thrusts it towards the undead creature. When he does so, a brilliant green arrow flies towards his target, striking it in the chest. His hands then quickly brush across an item he is wearing, somehow causing the acid to flare up and cause even more damage than the initial strike.

OOC: Tau moves to H8, repositions his Dancing Lights to be equally spaced 10' away from him on all sides, casts Acid Arrow (2d4 acid damage), and activated his Caustic Veil (+2d6 acid damage).

Brae again calls upon Meda, this time summoning a weapon of pure, divine power to strike at the Bleakborn. The conjured staff begins beating the Bleakborn on and about the head.

Opening a book, Andrew will quickly read from it, and two bolts (magic missels) leap from his hand to strike the foe..

OOC: JA, there's a built-in dice roller on ENWorld now, and if you'll notice, everyone else has been using it. We'll give you the benefit of the doubt this time, but next time you post an attack and/or damage without a roll, a DM will post the result for you and the DM's post will trump your post. Luckily, magic missile requires no attack roll or you would have missed with both missiles anyway. (Unless we switched to 4E without my knowledge.) BTW, this applies to everyone.


IC: SoulFetter keeps on flailin' away uselessly with his great big axe. Tau successfully 'touches' the creature with his acid arrow, but he only grazes it for 7 hp of damage. Brae's spiritual weapon also strikes for 7 hp damage. Alarion swings twice, and twice he misses. Raul likewise whiffs with his entire flurry of blows. (Sorry, I was mistaken about the 'eye-poke.') Andrew reads a passage in a book, and two glowing arrows of energy spring from his hand and unerringly strike the foe for 7 hp of damage.

The undead monstrosity answers Raul's flurry of blows with its own slam attack and it strikes the hapless monk for 17 hp of damage! Every constable takes 3 hp damage this round from the bone-chilling cold radiating from the undead creature.
