14th Ward Garrison/Gatehouse

The garrison is contained within the 14th Ward's Gatehouse. The Constables make their way there in short order, or they would have, if they had not walked right into an ambush by Bocephus as they leve the Magistrate's Office: "Hey, Conshtabulls! Long time, no see! You don't have time for your ol' buddy Bo' anymore, do ya? Where's ya goin'?? What's ya dooin'? Can I help?"

Bocephus draws himself up to his full height from his ordinarily slouched-over, stoop-shouldered stance and says, "Tch! I knows the Cap'n. Me'n him's old buds. Why donchoo let me come witch yas and I'll 'grease the wheels' for yas and get yas right in to see him. Come on, whattaya say, felas?"
