Today marks the debut of a new EN World columnist. You may have heard of him - Ryan Dancey helped spearhead D&D 3E as VP of Tabletop Roleplaying and the D&D Brand Manager at Wizards of the Coast, and was the prime mover behind the Open Gaming License and the d20 System Trademark License.
