With WotC's D&D Experience (DDXP) convention right round the corner (later this week, in fact) there may well be some announcements or updates to this year's product schedule. The product page has been updated today, and the current RPG line-up for 2011 looks like this:

  • :4e: Strongholds Redux Another take on the concept of strongholds in 4E. This has a more detailed approach than the DDI article for those players who enjoy the construction process.
  • :pf: Paizo announced ULTIMATE COMBAT for Pathfinder Paizo Publishing announced today that open playtesting for Ultimate Combat, a new hardcover rulebook for the smash-hit Pathfinder Roleplaying Game, is now underway. The playtest introduces three new 20-level classes—the gunslinger, ninja, and samurai—in addition to new feats and simple firearm rules. The playtest cycle will last for three weeks, until Monday, February 14th. Pathfinder players are invited to download the free playtest documents on paizo.com and post their thoughts and suggestions to the ongoing discussion on the official Paizo message boards.
  • :pf: :arc: Interview with Bill Collins and Hans Cummings (Part 3)‏ Rite Publishing has posted part 3 of its interview with the ENnie award winning designer Bill Collins (Tales of Zobeck) along with his partner in mischief Hans Cummings (Litorians) as they disccuss their favorite Pathfinder products, their home games, and how designing for their home games differs from professorial design.
  • :maps: Tiamat Update 14 RPGObjects has updated Tiamat the Tile Mapper.
  • :plots: Adventures in Collection Joshua Zaback provides a collection of plot hooks and adventure ideas which revolve around gathering things.
  • :4e: EONS Adventures: One Night, Three Levels‏ EONS (Emerald’s One Night Sessions) is a series of adventures, published bi-monthly, linked by the mysterious Lady Emerald. Who is she? What are her plans, motives, machinations? Each EONS adventure progresses her story a little further, one night at a time, and her story is the adventurers’ stories. EONS adventures are designed to be played ‘out of the box’, over the course of one four hour session. What’s more, each EONS adventure can be altered, with just the click of a button, to suit adventuring parties in any of the three tiers.
