Very nice! I presume this doesn't have any sort of peer-to-peer functionality, something that I think would help increase its appeal. I can tell you right now everyone getting around a smartphone on a coffee table and moving their character isn't the most enticing way to play.

Out of curiosity, did you write these as separate native apps or using a cross-platform library like PhoneGap or Titanium?

well...

You can jack your device to an lcd tv or use an ipad. I never tested it personally, but it should work.

Even without an Lcd screen, using those paper maps and miniatures is so uncomfortable that this is a good solution anyway. A map is just a reference, not the game itself.

playing rpgs without having your friends physically there? eww....... that would like a mmorpg. and I hate mmorpgs.

Rpgs = Level up!
Mmorpgs = you become a zombie and loose all your Charisma points
