[title]RPG Superstar 2011 Winner Chosen[/title]

Paizo Publishing's competition has come to an end, and the winner is Sam Zeitlin for his proposal, Grasping at Shadows which will be released as The Midnight Mirror for Pathfinder in January 2012. Here's the description of the winning entry:
A horror and investigation adventure for 4th-level characters. In shadow-haunted Nidal, the denizens of the Plane of Shadow intermingle with the common man. Now people are disappearing, and it falls to the PCs to stop the terror. Faced with terrible shadow creatures, an unruly mob of scared citizens, and an unpredictable creature of light, can the heroes undo a greedy and uncaring noble's self-serving mistake?

[title]Review of the new Monster Builder[/title]

Check out EN World's official review of the brand new online Monster Builder from WotC.
It is embarrassing and sad to see this sort of thing happen to a company that writes and produces one’s favorite hobby, and I sincerely hope that this trend does not continue. Gamers who have become fans this new version of D&D continue to pay into their D&D Insider Subscriptions hoping for new and exciting content, and to see their favorite pastime continue to grow and evolve in new and exciting ways. Disappointing moments like this new Adventure Tools: Monster Builder does no one any good – it only frustrates the fan base, perpetuates the edition wars, and weakens consumer confidence in the publisher.

[title]The Baykok for PATHFINDER RPG[/title]

Spes Magana Games has very kindly provided a small product for EN World subscribers.
Baykoks stalk forests. Since they favor humanoid prey, they tend to stay close to communities, especially frontier settlements. A baykok, however, seldom ventures within the confines of a community. Instead, it prefer to haunt the outskirts and near wilderness, hunting people who venture into the woods. With this free, two-page PDF, you too can recruit the baykok to hunt your gameworld. Brought to you for the PATHFINDER RPG by Spes Magna Games.

I don't know why this hasn't been mentioned, but January 2011... that's already happened. Just thought you'd like to know.
