The giant does not fall, but he staggers in the grease and so his blow has minimal effect upon Capizzio. [Darn it] (The +15 attack is a mistake, should be +16, so cappi is struck for 16 hp damage)
16 is minimal effect for damage?!?! yikesters!

OOC: Thanks, Kerlan! Looks like the giant does take a tumble in the grease! The giant falls prone and thus Capizzio takes no "mild" damage after all.

Francheska Walova

As the giant slips and falls, Francheska grins and incants a spell causing a black dagger of force to attack the giant.

OOC: Twilight Knife 1/6 rds +7 1d4 20/x2, attempts to flank for 1d6 sneak attack

OOC: Francheska is still 60 ft away from the giant. Her force dagger will flank with any melee combatants. Does a prone giant lose Dex? If so, that's a sneak attack. And the giant will grant AoO if he stands up.

Thy wounds are healed!
Simeon drops his bow and pulls his shield around and slips it over his left arm. It feels good to have the cold metal there. To the orc it feels right somehow.

He moves to the giant sitting on his butt and draws his scimitar with a startling scratch of metal on metal. He nearly drops the darn thing. It does not feel right in his hand at all.

{{ Never got to attack the head and shoulders of a giant before. }} He thinks moving towards the things head. {{ Always the knees, shins, and feet. This will be different, and all do to magic.}}

OOC: Actually, Bro, if the giant loses his Dex adjustment, his AC goes UP by one. Francheska does hit for 3 hp damage, however, and Capizzio's rapier slices into the giant's leg for 5 more hp as well.

Manny's wicked taunt is not understood by the Hill Giant, but the Brownie's tone effectively communicates his intent, and the giant shrieks in anger as he lashes out at Simeon, who has strayed too close to the great beast during his approach. [the AoO that you mentioned earlier, HM, with -4 attack and -4 damage for being prone., and it only hits AC 16, not 18 because I forgot the shaken penalty, oops. ;)]
