Andras moves forward as he notches a broadhead arrow and fires it directly into the flank of one of the wolves. The arrow twists through muscle and sinew, weakening the creature against future attacks. He grins as he shouts out to Exsixten, "Chin up, metal man! Are you really going to let some pups get the better of you?"

Quagmire drags himself to his feet again, muttering. "Pull yerself together, old hob! Ye'r not gonna let a buncha overgrown dogs take ye down." Some color restored, he hews at the wolf in front of him, hobbling it for a moment and giving Jax a clear target.

With only an instant's hesitation, Brenn fired an arrow at the most badly injured wolf. The arrow struck cleanly, knocking the beast to the ground.

Seeing their opening the two remaining wolves turn their attention to Quagmire. They knock him down and their huge jaws tear through the Warlord's armor, penetrating to the skin underneath.

Dorn tries to focus harder, stepping away from the remaining wolf (Shift one north). He conjures a ball of glowing acid and sends it splashing into the wolf's face. (Acid Orb hits Wolf 3 for 17 acid damage and an additional 4 from Andras - 21 total).
