    Nementah grits her teeth (such as they are) and directs Primera to strike at the archer above. This time, Primera succeedes and archer falls down with a thud while Nementah and her new companion feel protected somewhat.

    "Primera, get over there, there are thugs to tame!"
    Obediently, the unicorn gallops in the air and stands above one of the thugs, while Nementah moves back behind the wagon.

    "Skaliss, we're just making it easier for them to hit someone! You fighters go and stop those knives, we'll take care of the archers!"

    Actions

    Standard: Protecting Strike vs Will (BA3); damage (1d20+10+2+1=29, 1d8+7=14) - killed, Nementah and Vimak gain 4thp
    Move: Primera moves to I 13, one square up, Nementah shifts to D12

    Rocco moves into thick of things, spinning, jumping and moving erratically in general, weapons swishing all around. Entering the space between the bandits the weapons seek their targets.

    One of the bandits falls with the dagger in his heart, while the closest thug gets his shoulder cleaved. The axe however deflects off the armor for fairly light wound.

    OOC: Vimak attacked a foe that was already killed by Nementah. Instead of waisting a crit, i moved his attack to BB3 for 19 points damage. Since his weapon had reach capability I kept Vimak two squares away from his new target. I hope you're okay with that. I couldn't see another target he could have hit.


    The battle rages on...

    The heroes, especially the sorcerer, thin the ranks of the gang with their lethal attacks, including one of the archers. Other members of the party take the time to heal their comrades. Quan vanishes into darkness, much to the surprise of an archer who had him in his sights. However, remaining archers continue with yet another successful counter attacks, this time hitting some of the heavy armored ones. The remaining land foes swarm Rocco, but his heavy armor deflects most of the blows. Lerrick, observers all of this from a great hidding place...under the wagon.


    OOC:
    1. Although not mentioned in the mechanics, I did take into account the AC bonus for members of the party within Skalisss's Sacred Circle shown on the map and included cover to allies who where given cover due to the wagon being in the way of the view of archers firing their arrows from the other side.

    2. Please continue to keep your statblocks updated for each round. Vimak and Halleck have hitpoint damage and healing surge info from previous adventures I think. If you want to keep it that way that is fine with me . JK

    Allies, the yellow region of the map gives you +1 to AC as long as you remain inside! The shape would have been square if area of effect had not been blocked by the wagon.


    "At leassst ssstep into the Sssacred Circle where Netari'sss blesssing can help protect you" proclaims Skalisss, as himself and his allies continue to get peppered with arrows from two directions.

    Skalisss steps forward to sandwich one of the barbarians between himself and Rocco, landing a heavy blow and healing Rocco in addition!

    OOC: @WalkingDad, not everyone knows what your powers do at various runestates...I play a runepriest and I know destruction rune of mending gives +2 power bonus to damage to all allies within 5 and BB3 should be -CON to damage from protection effect and all adjacent allies gain resist all 2...but you didn't write it anywhere in your post.

    Could I offer you handy format for that?

    Also, lot's of good I get from high AC; you rolled 19, CRIT and 17 for the enemies out of five attacks...
