    That was horrible. I understand how someone who sucks could record that and have it sound that bad...

    But what on earth posessed these people to do it on purpose?

    There's a few other musically inclined folk on here. At least one of whom I know on another forum (and it was rather funny when we both realized we knew each other as we were talking about music on this forum).

    I play bass and guitar. At present, forming a casual band in houston, if we can get a drummer and a singer.

    Comedy!

    Consider the aforementioned "P.D.Q. Bach" :

    "Iphigenia in Brooklyn"
    [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E_eW0Y-tFAY&feature=youtube_gdata_player]YouTube - ‪Iphigenia in Brooklyn P.D.Q. BACH‬‏[/ame]

    Or "Echo sonata for 2 unfriendly groups of instruments"
    [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j57GPRiDBy0&feature=youtube_gdata_player]YouTube - ‪Echo Sonata of two unfriendly groups of instruments‬‏[/ame]

    Or "Please, Kind Sir" (excerpted from "Art of the Ground Round"):
    [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MlDN1vgLvcc&feature=youtube_gdata_player]YouTube - ‪" Please, Kind Sir " by P.D.Q. BACH (1742-1807)‬‏[/ame]

    Apologies!

    I had the wrong link in that post- that was the old bad GnR cover link- now corrected.

    I couldn't get past the horrid guitar intro on the GnR. Axl Rose should kick their ***.

    As for the first post, that "cover" version - yeah you got to cover your ears - made my son's GF ask who got hurt.

    Where's a law preventing that?
