Athletics could help you vault over a city wall to deliver a covert message. Endurance could help with an extended "pony-express-like" run to deliver said message.

Think outside the box and make up some cool stuff! Have fun with it.

Ali has Arcana +12 and History +12, Athletics +9 and Endurance +9

So if you can figure a way to use arcana, Lou, Colin should aid another and help Ali, along with some others, since +12 is the highest bonus that I know of in the party so far.

Those are only autofauls in combat, though DM override overrides.

Has everyone rolled once? New round of skill checks? Any penalty for using the same skill more than once?

I think Scotley said that the DC would increase for subsequent uses of the same skill? Yep, indeed he did!
