    The leader shows why he's in charge by the way he wields his bastard sword. Seeing he's flanked by two heroes, the leader first brutally thrusts his sword into the blind construct, then rips out his weapon. This causes oil and other fluids to leak from the fighter at a steady rate. In a blur the leader shifts back and takes a swipe at the barbarian, but misses.

    Seeing that two of the enemies are now within the room the leader springs his trap. NOW! he grins menacingly. He waits but nothing happens. I SAID NOW YOU IDIOTS!...SHOOT THE BASTARDS!

    But no arrows fly...

    The leader is clearly angered by what just occurred. I'll deal with you low lives after I finish with them.

    actions

    Before turn: Takes 10 damage, not 11, thanks to damage reduction (armor property) and since the hobgoblin shifted Prime could make a Combat challenge attack (being blinded prohibits making attacks of opportunity, but not immediate interrupts). Attack takes total concealment penalties (-5) and +3 bonus from last round's Shield Feint. Attack fails however.

    Start of turn: Takes 4 ongoing damage, reduced from 5. Total so far is 14, so all temporary hit points are gone, but Prime is unhurt.

    Move: To current position

    Standard: Tide of Iron, with total concealment penalties (can't get flanking bonuses since blinded). Doesn't hit, but Marks the hobgoblin.

    End of turn: Saves Vs Blinded and Ongoing damage (later with racial +2 bonus)

    Things to remember

    • Prime has damage reduction 1 against all damage
    • When an enemy marked by Prime makes an attack that doesn’t include him, he can make an Immediate Interrupt to make a Melee Basic Attack against him. If the attack connects, he can push the target up to 3 squares; since interrupts happen before the action that provoked them, pushing an enemy that attacks an ally beyond reach can potentially negate the attack altogether. Notice also that this attack isn’t an opportunity attack
    • Prime has a +2 bonus to hit with Opportunity attacks and if they hit they stop enemies if a move provoked the attack. They can resume moving using other actions.

    Trigguers:
    Shield Edge Block when the -4 to the enemy’s roll can negate the attack
    Guardian’s Counter when an ally within 2 squares is attacked, especially if the swap would negate the attack (it hit the ally’s defense, but is not high enough to hit Prime’s)

    Vermitrax taps his staff in the ground, casting the same spell that petrified the goblins in the last chamber. Cyan runes surround the goblin chief, and the circle of magical energy begins to glow... But before the spell completes, the hobgoblin notices the arcane runes and jumps out of the way, and the spell warps up with not target inside the area of effect.

    Gellan shifts to a two-handed grip on his weapon, and his tattoo glows once more as a faint echo of a stampeding herd rumbles through the air. He takes a mighty swing, connecting with the hobgoblin solidly.

    Standard: Attack with Thunder Hooves Rage, with CA from flanking. Hits AC 24 for 24 damage.
