Galin gives the commands to bring them to the 12th floor, remembering disdainful the teleportation prohibition. Banning ones natural abilities seemed always to much for him, but he knows that the academy rules are not to be broken...

In the Academy Library

The Lift smoothly glides to the twelfth floor where it comes to a stop gently. The Phaedrans dismount the Lift and proceed down a hallway to the office of Tam Nightengale. In response to the knock upon the door, a soft command of, "Enter," is heard. The door opens slightly upon a pitch dark room, and the darkness reaches out to cloak the Phaedrans like a big, soft blanket as all hear the door conitnue to swing open fully. "Come in, come in, don't stand in the hall all day." When everyone enters and the door swings shut again, Professor Nightengale says, "Please forgive the darkness, I am in the midst of an experiment that would be thoroughly spoiled by light. You know where the chairs along the wall you just came through to your left and right," and after everyone is seated, "Now I presume that you are wanting more time to complete an assignment, so tell me more specifically how I may help you, and precisely with whom I am speaking?"

Professor Nightengale's Office

An insistently brisk chime sounds from somewhere off in the mid-distance, and Professor Nightengale says, "Oh, good! That completes this cycle of the experminent." You hear a sharp clapping of hands, and instantly the room is gently bathed in soft amber light. Professor Nightengale is seated behind his desk facing you. He is a very young-looking Eladrin to hold such a learned position, with a thick mop of vibrant, leaf-green hair, a blonde goatee that comes to a sharp point just beneath his chin, and vibrant chestnut-colored eyes. "Now, what can I do for you good folk today?"

As his sister keeps silent for a longer moment, Galin finally takes the word: "Professor Nightengale, we would very appreciate if you can enlighten us on matters regarding the Black Dragonmage Archangault the Elusive. We have been told that you are the utmost authority for dragon lore."

[sblock=OOC]
Chestnut would be a very rare eye color for eladrin, because it means his eyes are solid brown orbs (all eladrin have unicolored orbs for eyes instead human looking ones, like elves). This is unless you changed the general appearance of eladrins.

"You came highly recommended, Professor," Sulannus throws in, deciding that a little flattery never hurts. Especially with academic types, who rarely got it. "It's very important."

"Archangault the Elusive, yes. He is thought to live in a cave under Silwedden Lake in Funeral Fen. He is recognizeable for having a particularly savage array of jagged horns around his head arranged in a star-like pattern. And he has a demonstrated preference for attacking from his left side. Other than that, I am afraid that our records are largely silent regarding Archangault the Elusive. Is that of any help to you at all, or do you have other questions?"

OOC: I will give you a +1 to all attack rolls [only -- NOT damage rolls] made against Archangault the Elusive for having this information.

"I have heard he pursues the wizard's craft instead of relying on the natural magic in his blood. Can you confirm this rumor?
Oh and have you heard about the Half-human/half-orc called the spur? Or is there a specialist for contemporary warlords available?"

Galin asks, hinting that they are also learned and not just some people asking questions.

"We're interested in his activities...his motives..." Sulannus adds. "The tactical information is greatly appreciated, but we're also trying to understand what he's up to, and why. For that, we look to the past. What kind of things has he done before, and what has prompted him to action?"

Scotley

Hero
After dicing a bit at 11's and 7's over a splendid pair of ridding boots and eventually buying them when he couldn't manage to win them Quarion links back up with Harnithael. Soon he is playing the younger brother all too well badgering with complaints and innumerable questions in his boredom:

"Our tiresome siblings love nothing more than to debate the finer points of arcane minutia with greybeards. What shall we do now? Visit a tavern? Perhaps a gaming house? What else can we accomplish? Perhaps a chat with the local Rangers to see if our dark and scaly virago has been seen since our last encounter?"
