Kalinn's engaged in Bloodcove Disguise, but perrinmiller is the current GM on that one so he'll have some idea of the timeframe.

She's 5th level currently, but it's looking like she might make 6th by the time we wrap.

This got kinda slow over the holidays, but hopefully things will pick up again soon and Bloodcove Disguise can be wrapped up and those players will be available.

For each encounter, you look up the GP value on Table 12.5 (Fast column) of the CR rating of the encounter. That is the expected award. But, you can fluctuate over a few different encounters as long as everything adds up in the end.

Then, the total GP award is divided by the characters that participated (Player and NPCs, but not Hirelings and animals).

So gold is calculated per the CR of the whole encounter, while XP is calculated per monster? That was the part I couldn't figure out.

Yes, I think that is correct if I understand your meaning.

2 x CR1's (400xp each) make a CR3 encounter and GP expected reward is based on the CR3.

I wrapped up Roaming Dead Appendix B and put Daggers at Midnight into Intermission.

I will be restarting Daggers at Midnight Pt 2 once we get a few more characters recruited in to replace the ones dropped.

I updated the Adventure tracking on the Wiki.

As for other characters, Crypt of the Everflame seems almost done (I think only one more wing to go, but given we found the girl we might just say "Mission Accomplished" and escort her home). That is at least 4 more characters to throw into the mix. While two of them are mine and PM's, as long as they go on different adventures that should not pose a problem.

Ah, I had not thought Crypt was almost done either. But I think you are right, there cannot be much left but a few encounters and some role-playing. That means I could have Tyrien eligible for jkasen's adventure along with SK's summoner. That one could get off the ground then.

With the level difference, I opted to do something with Cythera and Kalinn once she is available.

In any case, once Bloodcove and Crypt are done, I am making myself available to do short adventures (1-2 encounters) to keep people occupied while the other DMs get ready.
