While Final Figures are not yet in for the Toad in the Hole adventure... Fae'shiel technically had enough Experience Points due to Time Based XP to level up to level 3 quite a while ago. The only reason she did not is because I wanted her to have a story based reason for obtaining her blackblade. Which Systole was kind enough to give me.
That said, Fae'shiel is now ready for review for third level. With that in mind I am presenting her now for her third level up review:

EDIT: P.S. Yes I know she is currently over the threshold for medium carrying capacity. However I plan on selling some gear of hers as soon as we arrive back in Venza so that I can get back down to below a Medium Carrying Capacity. Most notably is her Masterwork Longsword which she no longer needs.

Marcus Cole is ready for review for Level 3 (1st go round)
This is his first level in Wizard (specialist) so I hope I got it all right.

Note: I intend to buy the ring upon our return to Venza (Would I need to do this via Mystic Pearl?) Also, I am going through tomorrow and counting the arrows used, though I think he could restock from what we got during the adventure.

I am re-submitting Fae'shiel Aeros for level up consideration. This time I want her considered for both levels 3 & 4. The only thing on her sheet that I am unsure of is her level 4 favored class ability, which I don't know whether it has been approved for play in LPF or not as I think it comes from the advanced races guide. Please note that I have decided to use one of my DM Credits to bump her up from near the end of the level 3 Experience Table up to the beginning of the Level 4 Experience Table. And since final numbers for Toad In the Hole have been approved the total Experience figures should be accurate.
So really the only thing I am worried about at this point is her Favored Class trait for level 4.

Iago is ready for an equipment review, and for a review of his conversion to the Grenadier archetype. His prior level-ups were mid-adventure, so finances were not reviewed.
Since he's only had one adventure, and the gold totals for that were provided, it actually seemed easier just to provide a list of current equipment, expended equipment and a gold total for the character rather than a detailed list of things bought and sold to update the list. I hope this is alright.
Below are some notes on the update. They are also printed at the bottom of the character sheet for the Judges' convenience.

MID-LEVEL REWRITE: July 22, 2012
Permission was requested to rewrite the character to take advantage of
an Alchemist archetype published by Paizo and accepted for LPF use
after initial creation of the character. Initial request, made in
the General Discussion forum (July 12, 2012) specified Chirurgeon and
was approved. A subsequent post requested the Grenadier archetype, and
no objection was offered.
The following changes were made:
Martial Weapon Proficiency (chosen: Longbow) replaces Extra Bombs.
Note that the Grenadier archetype specifies MWP replaces Brew Potion,
and LPF specifies Extra Bombs replaces Brew Potion.
The Alchemical Weapon class ability replaces Poison Resistance.
The Precise Bombs Discovery replaces Poison Use.
Because the Precise Bombs Discovery is now a class feature, Iago's choice
of Discovery at fourth level is changes to Frost Bombs.
Net changes to the character: Loss of Poison Use, Poison Resistance and the
Extra Bombs discovery; gain of Martial Weapon Proficiency (Longbow), the
Alchemical Weapon class feature, and the Frost Bombs discovery.
Also, advancement for levels 2-4 included no review for finances, as
character was mid-adventure. Character was submitted for review of finances
and rewrite at the same time.
Since Iago has been part of one continuous adventure since he began, it
seemed simpler to provide his gold total and total expenditures for equip-
ment, rather than making a detailed list of what was bought and sold.
Total gold award for adventuring (Scourge of the Howling Horde): 9793.75 gp
+150 starting gold = 9943.75 gp
Total equipment expenditures: 8732.23 gp
Total expended gear:
1 Alchemist's Fire 20 gp
12 Days' Rations 6 gp
Balance: 1185.52
Permission is sought to use an Adventurer's Sash in the equipment list,
even though it is not from an approved source. It seemed to trivial
for a formal proposal.

Edit the Approvals section. Be in the visual mode. Then on the right, Categories, may have to open categories. Type "Awaiting Approval" or Aw and select. Make sure it goes down below then publish. If you do "awaiting approval" it will make a different category and not show up, so beware of the capitalization.
Yes, there are 6 or 7 waiting to be done piled up. Been busy and will be a few more days, but I will get to them relatively soon.

Reviewing Fae'shiel:
1) Still had her listed as level 3 - fixed.
2) Forgot to add Dex to Stealth -fixed.
3) If I'm guessing right, Enlarge Person, Darkness, and Stone Call are the spells you added to her book via scroll, but could you note that next to the scribing costs to avoid confusion in future (when I assume the consumed entry will have more to it and thus deconstructing it might be more difficult)?
4) Items you aren't carrying obviously don't count against carrying capacity, but you still need to track >5gp items for financial purposes. Added costs. Also converted sp items to gp for ease of totalling inventory.
5) I can't get your finances to settle, though part of that may be my confusion with some of the totals (I'm not sure where your total for 'consumed / destroyed' is coming from, for example. Does that include the scrolls, or is it in addition to it?). Here's what I get:
Gold earned (includes starting gold and adventure log): 8069 gp
Inventory (includes Equipment, apartment, scrolls/ scribing, & jewelry): 5747.53
Remain: 2321.47
If I take your extra 690 from 'given away and consumed,' though, you only have 1631.47. Neither total matches what you have on the sheet.
I'd like to get the finances straightened out before they go back into flux from adventuring, so I'm going with NOT YET.
