Nerd Pride Radio is a weekly podcast dedicated to all things nerd. The first half of every show consists of whatever geek topics have been on my mind lately: RPGs, technology, science, TV & movies, geek news, and all around nerd culture. The second half is always the Pod-O-Matic where I roll randomly on a chart of topics and questions sent in by listeners. Oh yeah... and there's always a little music and the Badass Movie Quote of the Week sandwiched in the middle there.

Episode 18 - Broken Characters & Hobo Steve

Plus, Mike is apparently in love with Kaylee Frye and hates Twilight. Go figure. This week's awesome music is from King Charles, and R2's Pod-O-Matic asks all the tough questions: Hippo or chimp? Holy cow! There's three brand new segments this week! Mike explores the world's disdain for pegacorns in Pegacorns Revealed. He finally gives the cheese it's own segment in The Cheese Culture Report. Plus, there's Chinese pirates in The Unnamed History Segment. As if that wasn't enough, there's interstellar travel in The Science Corner, Instant Game fun on the Gaming Table, and Mike caps it all off by bringing back the Nerd Rage! Music from Hayseed Dixie. Then in the Unnamed History Segment, Mike tells what cool stuff he has learned from his 3rd grader. You'll be amazed! But all that is just the teaser for the greatest product placement in all of movie history. Then R2 takes over for the Pod-O-Matic, and Mike covers D&D vampires vs. Underworld vampires, World of Warcraft's assimilation of Kung-Fu Panda, awkward gamers of all ages, and The Kids in the Hall.
