In the Tower

Raggs and Simon step up and attack the orc, or try to. The orc does seem somewhat disoriented by the 'whiffing' of their weapons vaguely near his body. But Amaya has apparently had enough, "Why don't you pick on someone your own size, you miserable excuse for an orc. Why I've seen halflings bigger than you, and deal more smarter too!" And then she proceeds to disembowel the orc with one deft swipe of her longsword. The orc collapses to his knees, desperately trying to put his insides back on his inside for a brief moment, then he dies.

As he dies, two doors in the corners of the room open, five more orcs enter, and the doors close behind them.

OOC: What's this room like? Is there anything in it besides us and the orcs? Anything that might act as cover or some nook or cranny Raggs might hide in?

In the Tower

The room is sparsely furnished but does have a table, which is now shown on the map below. There is nothing else that Raggs can hide behind.

"Looks like it's a party then?" Raggs says cheerily to the new arrivals. "Take 'em down! Don't let any get out!"

Raggs leaps over the front orc (move to 13-Y) and attacks (O6).

"HEEEYAAAAHHHH!!!!"

OOC: Bollux. Also, please note that Raggs is un-shouldering his shield as he charges (he hadn't bothered with it for the sentry) to include in his AC for what is sure to be the ensuing bloody beat down. hahaha.

Simon, hoping that his weapon can actually strike something for the first time in his life, rushes forward towards a pair of orcs and begins swinging.

OOC:

Move adjacent to O2 and O3 and attacking O2.

EDIT: Apparently Simon is not all that familiar with the use of weapons.

Iono

Behold the great magician.
Iono calls out as he steps behind the rest, raising one arms with a tightly closed fist to the air. His other hand holds his staff to protect himself in case of need. He then scans the area of the tower and decides to help unlucky Simon fighting the Orcs.
A blue round ball of force springs into existence and takes the shape of a bolt. He then flies and blasts the Orc’s chest (O2)

Amaya rushes to orc #6 with her bastard sword in hand ready to gut another orc.

Orc Battle in the Tower

Ring rushes to W12 swinging his mace wildly and attacks O4. Lucky Ring smashes the orc's nose into his brain! Iono's magic missile burns into O2, and leaves a smoldering hole in the center of its chest -- the orc also falls dead. Simon, Raggs, and Amaya move as shown on the attached map and attack, but all three of them miss.

O3 attacks Simon wth his club, O6 attacks aAmaya, and O5 steps up to attack Ring. (Note that O5 has now exposed his flank to Raggs for a backstab!

) Simon takes 6 hp damage, but Amaya and Ring are missed.

Adventurers are up again!
