I am looking at this, but worried it is a bit "Broken" and likely to be nerfed.
And want to check I am reading it right also.

You create 3 elemental guardians, that the enemy can never kill ??

And you the PC can make OA attacks as if you occupied each square the guardians are in.

So spread them 1 apart, you can block or pen in enemies in one are so you can therefore get multiple OA's each round when the enemy tries to get in melee range of you ??

Its not super broken.

1) Its a daily. Dailies often can swing encounters in the PC's favor.

2) It only lasts forever as long as the PC can sustain them. A simple daze, stun, or even prone, can screw up this plan.

3) 3 squares in even a medium sized battlefield is pretty small, and any intelligent monster should be able to avoid them decently.

4) Unless you're a fighter or are using some cheese, OAs don't stop movement, and so the monster can just take the 1 OA you make, suck up the damage, and keep going.

Its a good power, but not broken. If used by a fighter or a character with a strong MBA (anyone with Eldritch Strike) it gets a little more powerful, but even then its still just as good as any other daily power.

Thinking Warden (with a work around for the warden to have it) where the OA is a Slow and also a Push back 2 squares at Epic.

Anything goes in epic tier. At that point enemies should be able to shift, teleport, fly or otherwise bypass these conjurations pretty easily. It won't be good in all encounters, but that's the way daily powers work: use them right and they can change the flow of an encounter.

Also, depending on how you play your turns out, the warden might only get to use this on one creature. I usually play that all of 1 type of creature act together, so if 3 creatures ran past, only one would take the attack with the way OAs are limited to one per turn.
