Sorry again for being the lame wheel here, I'll place Ignus in C8. I can teleport from one creature's shadow into another creatures within 3 squares. So, I can pretty easily jump the tank wall to be where I'm needed.

One rat dies instantly from Graven and is instantly devoured by an approaching mob of rats. One rat manages to bite at the construct, ripping into
the tuxedo, but otherwise causing no damage. Another one just misses Graven. A huge mob of rats moves closer to the party. The leader moves forward with sinister eyes glaring at
the party as if trying to size them up.

OOC: R2 would have missed Kruor. i put Aegis of Shielding on him on my turn - gives him a -2 to hit, he rolled a 19, with the penalty would only be a 17 which misses Kruor's AC

OOC: Just waiting for someone to clear the minions in front of me. Question: if Graven marks the swarm and the swarm makes a basic attack against anyone else from the aura, does the mark trigger? (as in Graven hits him back or something?)

OOC: I would assume my Aegis would trigger from his aura attack. Dunno why it wouldn't. And when it does trigger, it lets me reduce the damage done to the target by 9 points. Soon as someone kills off R2 (and perhaps R3 to open up the space) I'll move out and drop the mark on the swarm. Since I'm hybrid, i can only reuse my Aegis if the mark on the target is superceded or the target is dropped to 0 hp. Figured it shouldn't be hard to do that on a minion so I went ahead and used it.

[sblock=Formations (DM keep away!)]This is gonna kinda be a dick move but I've thought of a nasty formation we can take that will keep Eva really safe while still being extremely offensive. BEHOLD (second anti-DM barrier heehee, spare yourself the HORROR THAT IS...)

We hug the walls and have Kruor, Ignus then Graven in the front.
Kruor: Positioning with At-Wills (ranged5 pull 3 and melee push 1)
Ignus: Dish out the damage (has a close blast that will wreck swarm)
Graven: Marks and stuff (damage reduction for formation)
Enemies: Will be funneled through and have to get past 3 OAs to even reach Eva
Sigh, now I wish there were more enemies to chew on :S I love this tunnel...

"Ooh, what kind of rats?" Eva asks curiously. "I want to see! Are they the calm, white haired ones like fur-less rabbits? Or maybe the mangy sewer rat kind?" Eva steps closer so she can get a better look.

"Blech! It is the sewer rat kind! Take this, monsters!" The elf levels her staff at all the monsters in front of her and blasts Graven and the rats with a a painfully bright beam of light. Kruor, at least, manages to avert his eyes from the rainbow.

OOC: Sorry for the friendly fire, VanderLegion.
You know, Eva's defenses are as good or better than you guys. ;)
[sblock=Eva actions / stats]Move: Shift to C7.

Standard: Color Spray in a close blast 5 from D6:H11 vs Kruor, Graven, R2, R3, R5, Swarm.
  • vs Kruor misses Will 11.
  • vs Graven hits Will 19 for 9 radiant damage and he is dazed TENT Eva.
  • vs Rat 2 hits Will 13 and kills it.
  • vs Rat 3 misses Will 11.
  • vs Rat 5 hits Will 19 and kills it.
  • vs Rat Swarm misses Will 10. I'll use Elven Accuracy to reroll that: it now hits Will 19 for 9+5=14 radiant damage, and it is dazed TENT Eva. (1d20+8=11; 1d20+8=19; 1d20+8=13; 1d20+8=11; 1d20+8=19; 1d20+8=10; 1d6+6=9), (1d20+8=27)
