Gauging Interest - Dresden Files RPG game (FATE Sytem)
I'm wondering if people here would be interested in playing in a Dresden Files RPG game if I offered to run a PbP on the boards. I know ENWorld is pretty d20 oriented, so I'm not sure if there would be much interest in a FATE based game. If there seems to be some interest, I'll put up a full recruitment thread on Monday (14th).
I wouldn't require you own the books, although they are some great books and worth the money.
For anybody interested, but who doesn't know anything about the system, here are some links:
Fate Community SRD: http://evilhat.wikidot.com/fate-csrd
Spirit of the Century SRD (a bit more comprehensive): http://bzr.mausdompteur.de/fate3/fate3.html
DFRPG site: http://www.dresdenfilesrpg.com/
So, is there any interest in this?

I would be interested in giving it a try!
I have the Dresden Files RPG books (havn't played the system or FATE, though) and am currently reading the novels (not very far in the series, yet, I have only read Storm Front and Fool Moon so far).

I'm still going to put up a recruiting thread, but the outlook is grim at this point. I've got my fingers crossed.
EDIT: Here its is.

"If you map Pokemon to cyberpunk themes and assume the bright and shiny veneer of the show and games is simply what the megacorps want you to see, it's a perfect fit. Genetically engineered monsters, some of them of human-level sentience, engage in brutal pit fights at the behest of malnourished vagabond adolescants while shadowy corporations operate in the background and superficially cheerful female nurse clones (or androids) tend to the every need of monster and trainer alike..."
