A 1e title so awesome it's not in the book (Lvl 21)
Guidelines for D&D Next playtest/adventure discussion here at ENW
Repost any mechanics (but see below)
Post any of the rules or character sheets
Create video blogs or podcasts of live play
Put game mechanics into shared adventures
Discuss your opinions
Thrash out what works and what doesn't
Stay polite to people you completely disagree with
Share adventures with generic mechanics ("This room has 4 goblins in it.")
Share your experience in actual play
EDIT: from WotC: "You can talk about your current and previous playtest experiences and even talk about the rules and mechanics as long as you don’t directly quote text."
You may now run online games via Skype, Google Hangout or our play-by-post forum provided you to do not post or upload any transcripts from your playtest, upload any playtest materials and make sure that all members of your group have signed up to playtest through the official playtest sign up process.

You can certainly say "I think d14 hit dice for the astrologer class is too high". You can't post:
Hit Dice: d14
Starting Skills: Navel Gazing, Bad Science, Self-Delusion
Starting Money: 11d7 gp
So you can comment on and refer to a stat block, but you can't post the stat block.
Or you can post "Does tying your shoelaces provoke an opportunity attack?" and someone can respond "Yep, shoelace tying is in the list on page 14." But you can't post:
Opportunity attacks occur when a character performs a certain action while adjacent to another creature. The adjacent creature gets an immediate free attack, and can do so as many times as its DEX bonus. The following actions provoke opportunity attacks: x, y, z.
*Yes, all the above is real stuff directly from D&D Next.**
**Not guaranteed to be true.

Apologies for the questions but some examples of what is cool and what is not might help to make the line really clear to everyone.
Herremann the WiseImagination is a quality given a man to compensate him for what he is not,
and a sense of humor was provided to console him for what he is.
He who is certain he knows the ending of things when he is only beginning them is either extremely wise or extremely foolish; no matter which is true, he is certainly an unhappy man, for he has put a knife in the heart of wonder.

I want to stay as true as I can to the spirit of the playtest and the ENWorld forums...
What about derived mechanics? Rules that may not be spelled out but we might be able to figure out?
As in, figuring out or hypothesizing that hp or bonuses are calculated with a guessed formula? Or predicting that particular abilities are slotted for background/theme/class/race?
